Locked Account

Your WorkStep account will be locked after multiple unsuccessful login attempts. This is done in order to keep your account secure.

If your account becomes locked, please follow these next steps:

  1. Text or email our Support team letting us know that your account has been locked
  2. If you send us a text message (833-983-5329), please include the email address listed under your WorkStep account.
  3. If you send us an email (support@workstep.com), please include the phone number listed under your WorkStep account.
  4. Our team will notify you once your account has been unlocked.
