Your organization has partnered with WorkStep to collect confidential feedback that will be used by leadership teams to better understand how they can improve your experience as an employee.
Prior to receiving your first survey, you will receive an email similar to the one below. This welcome email will provide all the details that you need to know about our partnership, instructions on how our surveys work, and our confidentiality agreement.
Links to milestone surveys are sent via text message and email, so be sure to have a valid mobile phone number and email, address on file. You can click on the link included in the message in order to provide feedback confidentially.
Once you visit the link, follow the prompt and answer each question. Your feedback will be submitted once your survey has been fully completed.
Our surveys are quick and easy to complete, these should only take a couple of minutes. Once you have completed your survey you will see a window similar to the one below:
The leaders at your company will be able to see your feedback, but your identity details are kept confidential unless you decide to share them. If you surface anything that a leader at your company would like to follow up on, they will have the option to reply to your comment(s). If they do, you will receive a notification via SMS and email notifying you of any follow up questions or commentary they have for you.
In most instances, the leaders at your company will provide you with their contact information so that you can communicate with them directly. This is done to ensure that your identity is kept confidential and only disclosed if you decide to reach out to them.
