How to Delete My Account

To deactivate your WorkStep account please text or email our Support team directly. A WorkStep team member will help you deactivate your account.

You do not need to delete your account in order to stop SMS/email notifications. You can text back STOP or hit the Unsubscribe button from our email communications. To reinstate SMS notifications, text back UNSTOP. Our Support team is also available for assistance.

If you would like to proceed with having your account deleted, please follow these next steps:

  1. Send us an email and a text message using the email and phone number currently registered under your WorkStep Account. This will help us locate your account and begin your request.
  2. In your messages to us please indicate that you would like to have your account deleted.
  3. Once our team has received your text and email for account deletion, our team will be able to process your request. We will reach out to you one last time to confirm once your account has been deleted.

If you decide to use WorkStep again, you will need to register as a new user to establish a new WorkStep Account.
