Applying to Jobs

Once you have set up your profile, the next step is to start submitting applications to the roles that best fit your needs. Personal information (such as birthday, race, and gender) are never shared with potential employers. You can view our full privacy policy here. Roles will be suggested according to your set preferences and location. You can view all available roles under Find Jobs.

Once you have reached a high Match Score, WorkStep will be able to match you with roles that best fit your preferences and experience. These can be found under My Matches.

You can apply to a role by following these next steps:

  1. Click on the role that you are interested in.
  2. Select APPLY TO THIS JOB

  1. Answer Company Questions. These questions are specific to the company and the job you’re applying to. This will ensure you’re a perfect match for the position. Make sure your answers are truthful and can be verified by hiring managers using the work history you have listed on your profile.
  1. Double check all of your responses to make sure you’re satisfied with your responses.  If you need to make changes, click on “edit” next to any section. Once you have reviewed your application, click SUBMIT.
  1. You will receive a confirmation message once you have successfully submitted an application.
