Rescheduling/Canceling an Interview

WorkStep will allow you to reschedule and cancel your interview once. The option to reschedule/cancel is only available before the interview time. There are a few different ways which you can use if you need to reschedule or cancel your interview.

Rescheduling Via Text Message

Our automated messaging system will send you a confirmation text message a couple of days before your interview and the day of your interview. The message will look like this:

Your interview is scheduled for [date] at[time]. [Address and interview instructions]

To view more information, cancel, or reschedule your interview follow the link. Other questions? Text MORE. [link]

If you are unable to keep your interview for the scheduled date and time, we ask that you click on the link at the end of that text message. The link will take you to this page where you can reschedule or cancel your interview.

Rescheduling/Cancelling Via WorkStep Account

You can also reschedule or cancel your interview by logging in to your WorkStep account. Your upcoming interviews will be listed in the Home Page under the INTERVIEWS.

Once Reschedule has been selected, you will be prompted to select a new interview date and time. After you have picked the new interview date/time the following screen will pop up. Providing a reason for rescheduling will provide the hiring manager with more insight as to why you are having to reschedule.

You will need to click on YES, RESCHEDULE in order to confirm the change. If you change your mind, you can keep the scheduled interview by selecting NO, KEEP ORIGINAL TIME.

Cancelling an Interview

Cancelling an interview will let the hiring manager know that you are no longer interested in the role. You will need to select YES, CANCEL in order for the cancellation to be confirmed.
