Deactivated Account

If you need to reschedule or cancel your interview, it is important that you do so before the interview time. If an interview is missed twice, your WorkStep account will be temporarily deactivated for 30 days.

We are unable to reinstate your account manually so be sure to attend interviews, reschedule only if necessary, and abide by our interview policies.

It is important to report attendendance discrepancies immediately following a no show report. You can do so by submitting your feedback using the link sent in the interview feedback text message which is sent shortly after the interview time has passed. You can also reach out directly to our Support team at support@workstep.com or text us at (971) 407-5427.

If your account has been deactivated and you were incorrectly marked as a no show, because you attended the interview please reach out to us with the following information:

  1. Name of the role/company that you are inquiring about
  2. Name of hiring manager you spoke to
  3. For in person interviews, please confirm the address you went to along with any additional details about your interview.

Our team will review the information on a case by case basis.
